Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Simulator

5 Parts, 3 Operators

While most MSAs have 3 Operators, 3 Trials, and 10 parts, the part count in this simulation has been reduced to five to reduce the amount of time required to complete the data collection. The learning objectives of how to execute an MSA can be understood with 5 parts; however, for real world MSAs use the guidance from AIAG and/or your organization for the number of parts. The “parts” are the half-circle blue objects which are just above the highly skilled operators. The LSL = 90 and the USL = 110.
